Reservations Agent (Immediate Availability Only)

Job Summary:
As a Reservations Agent, your primary responsibility is to assist guests with booking accommodations, providing information about resort amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the reservation process. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, utilizing excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management:
• Handle incoming reservation inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests in selecting suitable accommodations based on their preferences, budget, and availability.
• Input reservation details accurately into the booking system, ensuring all guest information is correct.
• Process reservation changes, cancellations, and modifications as required.

Customer Service:
• Provide personalized assistance to guests, addressing their questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Offer recommendations and information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guests' experiences.
• Handle guest complaints or issues efficiently, escalating matters to management when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

Communication and Coordination:
• Liaise with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and sales to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Communicate effectively with guests to confirm reservations, provide booking confirmations, and follow up on any additional requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote special offers, packages, and group bookings.

Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and communication interactions in the booking system.
• Prepare reports detailing reservation statistics, occupancy rates, and revenue projections as required.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
